eCommerce Operations Administrator- The Deal

The job holder of this position is responsible for assisting the eCommerce Executive in the preparation of the eCommerce orders for shipment. The job holder is also responsible for ensuring that the pick, pack and ship processes are completed in time and aligned with the quality standards.


 Orders Operations:

  • Prepare the orders for shipment (pick and packing)
  • Carry out all specific demands from customer as gift wrapping, gift message etc.
  • Relay the order with its details to the delivery provider, and follow up the delivery process
  • Ensure efficient and timely shipments to the Customers on a daily basis
  • Ensure that the order requirements are respected (quality, quantity, and deadline)

Stock Management:

  • Check the quality of the supplies and their validation with the dedicated team
  • Audit the stock levels and check the consistency with the eCommerce Operations Supervisor
  • Manage the elements of the warehouse that affect the successful orders management in an efficient manner that is consistent with our customer service standards
  • Liaise with warehouse for eStore replenishment
  • Ensure that all equipment used in the picking and shipping areas is used in a safe productive manner and fully stocked, organized and prepared to ensure smooth running of the Department
  • Maintain orderly and neat stocking area
  • Manage and solve all the conflicts encountered



  • Ensure communication flow between the different actors in the warehouse (delivery, warehouse, etc.)
  • Draft operational reports on the delivery process performances. Suggest improvements to leverage efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Generate weekly reports on the return process performances. Suggest improvements to leverage efficiency and customer satisfaction


Your Profile:

University Degree in Business Administration or any relevant field

0-2 years of experience in the same field or a similar field
