What we are looking for: Transformation Team Coordinator


What you’ll do:

  • Assist the CTO and other team members on administrative tasks.
  • Manage the CTO’s diary and appointments, and key minutes of the team meetings
  • Assist the CTO and the team in managing output, workflow and office deadlines
  • Manage team travel requests with support of Business Travel Department. Handle all itineraries, expenses and travel-related documents.
  • Manage and control SHIFT Operations budget in line with initiatives.
  • Work closely with the team to manage space planning.
  • Manage procurement and management of 3rd party contracts and relationships with service providers.
  • Implement policies for continuous improvement and develop, present and implement new ideas to improve the service offered.
  • Provide a high-quality experience to the team and guests to SHIFT.
  • Liaise with relevant individuals, departments, and external customers and suppliers and ensure smooth and efficient communication flow
  • Develop and prepare presentations and other reports and documents as needed with support of Creative Content Specialist.
  • Organize and plan community activities


What you need to succeed in this role:

We see success in the role as having a strong knowledge of the luxury consumer, the competitive landscape of the luxury industry, and an in-depth understanding of the evolving media and digital landscape in order to drive the brand vision regionally and globally, constantly elevating our ability to acquire new customers, retaining existing customers and continuing to drive sales in the luxury/lifestyle category through consumable content.

  • Experience in providing administrative support to a senior management teams;
  • In depth Office Management experience
  • Experience of working in agile and changing work culture
  • Tenacity with a smile
  • Eloquent English language skills
