What we are looking for: Talent Scout (Arabic speaker)


We are looking for a high energy Talent Scout to join our Talent Acquisition team in Dubai. You will be responsible for building engaged, relevant talent pipelines to support our current and future hiring needs across all the countries we operate in, by identifying and working with all relevant external sources to connect with people. If you have previous experience in Talent Acquisition, sourcing, campus or graduate hiring this role could be for you!


What you will do:

  • Build engaged pipelines
  • Work with internal stakeholders to capture key talent pool requirements
  • Build and maintain pipelines of talent to deliver against current and future hiring needs
  • Generate candidate profiles through various channels
  • Utilise existing technology to source, screen and share talent with all countries
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience across
  • Own and manage our employee referral programs
  • Attend relevant networking opportunities and events
  • Support all nationalisation pipeline activities


University Relationships

  • Create and own the campus recruitment strategy
  • Establish strong relationships with regional and global universities, business schools and technical schools; attend career’s fairs, organise speaker sessions and connect with talent.
  • Arrange consulting opportunities for business school students to work within the Group to solve real business issues
  • Work with internal stakeholders to create MBA hiring opportunities or programs within the Group
  • Coordinate and deliver engaging sessions for business school field treks in all our countries.
  • Build strong pipelines for both graduate and post-graduate students
  • Organise engaging events for students, supporting both nationalisation and expat hiring


Talent Intelligence


  • Work closely with our TA team, Talent Management and People Partner communities to capture business requirements
  • Using both internal and external tools/sources, create insights on talent landscapes to guide future hiring decisions
  • Capture key hires needed and core skill set requirements for the current, and future hiring needs to generate robust pipelines
  • Design, develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract quality candidates
  • Talent Acquisition Trends analysis
  • Build a strong network of talent and have an awareness of key talents


What you need to succeed in this role:

  • This role is supporting all our countries across the GCC, therefore Arabic speaking would be required
  • Previous experience in Talent Acquisition, sourcing, campus or graduate hiring needed, this role could also suit someone experienced in headhunting
  • Being curious, people-focused and able to engage others at the macro and micro level.
  • Have experience in building, maintaining and utilising talent pipelines
  • High energy, being a high touch point role requiring someone to truly value other people and their unique contribution as well as being able to identify and match up skill sets, competencies and potential
  • Be able to connect easily with people, build strong relationships and deal with multiple stakeholders.
  • Have outstanding service orientation; a sense of urgency and a high level of personal integrity
  • You will need to have excellent project management skills as the role will cover multiple countries, job areas and business areas
  • We use several different technologies in the Group to support our hiring, so digital proficiency is expected
  • You will have a degree or post-graduate degree in HR, Marketing, Psychology or similar.
