Staffing & Training Senior Executive - The Beauty Makers

What we are looking for: Staffing and Training Senior Executive - The Beauty Makers

 

We are currently looking for a Staffing & Training Senior Executive to oversee The Beauty Makers existing and new brand Concepts.

This role is key for mapping out development plans, initiatives, as well as implementing missing incentive and training tools in the market. You are responsible for managing, designing, developing, coordinating and conducting all training programs as well.

 

What you’ll do:

 

Training

 

  • Research and gather materials through relevant stake holders
  • Acquire knowledge on product and tools and train team accordingly
  • Develop and design training materials and guidelines
  • Adapt global training material to the local market and deliver training modules to teams across retail partners in the Middle East and wider countries
  • Create and implement training calendar for the year
  • Follow up on training needs based on performance and sales
  • Recommend new learning materials and approaches to support the divisions needs
  • Seek, design and develop new and relevant training tools to enhance the training delivery
  • Maintain contact with all leaners and stake holders
  • Follow up and evaluate training results and develop new training accordingly
  • Manage the training budget 

 

Staffing

 

  • Responsible for defining and briefing HR on all staffing requirements
  • Responsible for setting clear KPI’s for all new joiners
  • Responsible for L&D policies, processes and procedures
  • Develop effective induction programs for new joiners
  • Develop induction & approval guide lines for all BA’s
  • Create relevant guidelines and briefs for BA’s and employees
  • Budget proposals and cost savings around staffing
  • Work closely as a team on the training implementation of all new concepts and tools
  • Seek, design and develop new staffing incentive platforms 
  • Ensure retail staff are motivated and the teams are representing the brand to the highest standards

 

Projects

 

  • Support with the project planning & implementation of newly created staffing concepts, rolling them into new markets, stores and omni-channel. Working closely with stake holders
  • Produce status summaries of all projects with a retro plan and deliverables.
  • Follow up in a timely manner to all stake holders to ensure all projects are delivered on time and ensure regular follow up’s are monitored on all executed projects are reviewed where necessary

 

More specifically, we would love to hear from you if you can say yes to the below.

 

  • Proven work experience in retail and training
  • Track record in designing and executing successful training programs
  • Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc)
  • Proven work experience in the Beauty industry managing employees and/or stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
  • Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals
  • Good computer and database skills
  • Able to travel in the GCC and wider region
