Senior Digital Marketing Executive - Loyalty Program

What we are looking for: Senior Digital Marketing Executive

 

We are currently recruiting an exciting new role for our Chalhoub Group Loyalty team. You will be responsible in managing vendors, agencies and working with app and web developers in the creation and roll out of the group wide Loyalty Program. You will be collaborating cross functionally with numerous teams and stakeholders and will have previous experience in Google Search and SEO.

 

What you’ll do:

 

  • Liaise with the Marketing Manager to implement marketing strategy and meet objectives of digital activations
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies to include digital channels performance

 

App and Web 60%

  • Support and manage app and web delivery with UX and Development agency
  • Ensure web and app are built to best practices and is customizable via the CMS (content management system)
  • Implement analytical tools to measure the performance of app and web via Google analytics, Hotjar and other tools.
  • Track and Report app and web usage, bugs that need fixing, drop off and key metrics to improve performance and user experience
    • New visitors
    • Return visitors
    • Engagements rate per page
    • Bounce rate
    • Account registration abandonment
    • Exit rate (at leach level of the journey)
  • Deliver on personalization goals, A/B testing and ensure app and web content are personalized based on user preferences
  • Improve web Google ranking and App ranking by adding new keywords, tags, analyzing and optimizing.

Paid Search 20%

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing and SEM advertising campaigns
  • Define KPIs relevant to our objectives and build campaigns accordingly (rate, conversion, bidding)
  • Define target audience, segment and test.  
  • Key focus on Google Business and Social CRM to improve conversion and achieve channel objectives: Google ads, extensions, native ads, page bids,
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI, ROAS (return on Ad spend) and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Monitor pacing and delivery to ensure campaigns are on track to deliver the allocated budget.

SEO 20%

  • You will define the SEO strategy and ensure web and app are SEO friendly and follows SEO best practices
  • Contribute to improve SEO performance quickly to implement ideas and delivering results
  • Auditing and analyzing website analytics and crawl data, identifying issues, finding root-cause, and experimenting with solutions at scale in order to improve SEO performance
  • Conduct SEO experiments using rigorous approaches and measurement methods (A/B tests, statistical methods) and proving their effectiveness
  • Manage and execute the SEO plan
  • Run the weekly and quarterly performance. Measuring and reporting on performance, and running cause and effect analysis to derive action plans

What you need to succeed in this role:

 

  • You will have hands-on experience of CMS systems and associated web publishing processes and best practices.
  • You will have a detailed understanding of performance-based marketing: A/B testing, MI, Google analytics, digital journeys, Call to Actions (CTAs), how to convert customers using content, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), componentization, App messaging; prospecting & re-targeting, social listening, lead generation.
  • You will have experience in best practices for platform-friendly content.
  • You will be able to brief creative agencies on content requirements per platform (Social, App, Web, Google)
  • You will be comfortable using programmatic assist platforms to optimize ad spend
  • You will be excellent at communication and analytical skills
  • You will be creative and be solutions driven
  • You will be hands on and can build trust within the team to deliver
  • You will be agile and can deliver on time and as per budget
  • You love to work in a fast-faced environment
