Senior CRM Executive- Wojooh

What we are looking for- Senior CRM Executive

Wojooh is the leading beauty retailer in the Middle East and has been in the beauty business for over 18 years with over 75 stores across 10 countries in the region. Wojooh has developed intuition, insight and expertise into the world of beauty in the Middle East – with fragrance, makeup and skincare at the heart!

 

What you’ll do

You will be responsible for supporting the CRM evolution within Wojooh for system and tool integration, data integrity, digital transformation and Business Intelligence activities.

 

You will:

  • Propose new channels and capabilities to enable on the Marketing tool, given the Brands’ maturity
  • Implement the Marketing Automation strategies
  • Assist in the definition of Customer Journeys for the different clusters of customers
  • Create content related to customer and loyalty milestones and in line with the Customer Journey
  • Guarantee optimal development and deployment of digital marketing campaigns based on business goals, customer insights, and their behavior
  • Ensure a 360 alignment between the social media, e-commerce, retail, and triggered communication strategies to seamlessly engage with audiences across all channels
  • Segment database to ensure relevance to customers and optimal use of the budget in each campaign
  • Develop, execute, and track the efficiency of A/B testing campaigns to provide recommendations on how to optimize Brands’ communication

 

Account Management

  • Run regular workshops with the external Brands to capture their requirements for CRM and eCRM with Wojooh
  • Work closely with the external Brands to manage their specific CRM projects
  • Constantly manage CRM activities to support Wojooh’s customer lifecycle
  • Plan and manage CRM activities to support Wojooh’s Loyalty program and the set objectives of customer acquisition, retention, and regaining

 

Project Coordination & Execution

  • Coordinate with relevant department managers to deliver projects to time and cost budgets
  • Coordinate with multiple regions on implementation of campaigns
  • Support in managing suppliers
  • Manage the scheduling, testing and deployment of all CRM and eCRM projects
  • Continuously up to date with latest CRM developments, trends and regulations (at global industry level) as well as experimental communications and the latest methodologies Seek to develop CRM skills with digital focus

 

Analytics & Reporting

  • Design, build and run Business Intelligence reports for country’s needs (monthly and quarterly)
  • Be responsible for data integrity
  • Provide monthly/weekly reports – including but not limited to, campaign measurement and customer segmentation analysis
  • Provide monthly calendar of planned campaigns with objectives built off performance and sales reports
  • Perform data analyses and post activity evaluations and reports to deliver customer insights and recommendations of each activation

 

 

What you need to succeed in this role:

We see success in the role as having a strong knowledge of the luxury consumer, the competitive landscape of the luxury industry, and an in-depth understanding of evolving CRM marketing strategies in order to drive the brand vision regionally and globally.

 

More specifically, we would love to hear from you if you have the below...

  • You will be University Degree educated or have a certification in Marketing, Business Administration or a similar field
  • You will have 4-6 years of regional experience in the marketing field with at least 2 in a similar role.
  • You will be experienced in CRM Campaign roll out, Customer segmentation, Lifestyle management and Loyalty Programme Management.
  • You will have excellent knowledge of digital CRM tools.
  • You will be fluent in Arabic and English
