Marketing Intern

 

Main Functions and Responsibilities

 

Based: Jeddah (Al Farida offices)

 

Brands: Carolina Herrera, Paco Rabanne, Nina Ricci, Prada, Valentino, Comme des Garçons, Antonio Banderas

 

Areas: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

 

Reporting to: Marketing Manager

 

Interacting with:

Internal: General Manager, Marketing Manager, KAM, Sales teams, Customer Service (Back Office), Finance Manager, In-store executive, Lady Trainer

            Puig Middle East team (Marketing team)

External: POS suppliers (Decorators, printers), Retailers’ in-store teams

 

Mission

Understand Puig marketing strategy (multi-brands operation), brands’ corporate and in-store image and guidelines in order to ensure impactful & efficient launch implementations.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Assists in developing and executing the marketing and trade plans within budgeted parameters for all launches.
  • Developing marketing newsletters internally for every launch and prepare presentations
  • Assist in the distribution of necessary marketing materials to all retailers in coordination with the KAM
  • Perform analysis of marketing and sales data of new launches
  • Keeping all the expenses and sell-out records properly and up-to-date so that any information is available as per the requirement.
  • monitor competitor activity and analyse sales materials both on and offline through monthly reports

Educational Requirements:  

 

Enrolment in a marketing or business Bachelor’s degree program required
