Hybrid Project Manager - Beauty

Our Hybrid Project Manager will be responsible for driving the in-store performance of digital touch points, improving the quality of service towards our customers, enabling front-liners while optimizing for efficiencies through operational excellence. Our Project Manager will also be taking care of customers and putting them first, while being technology agnostic.

Also, our Hybrid Project Manager will be supporting the overall digital business growth by leading hybrid project efforts to create great experiences, solve challenges and drive remarkable customer retention through these activities.

 

What you'll be doing:                     

  • Review existing resources, analyze capabilities and formulate a growth plan. Execute new projects to enable further growth
  • Identify pain-points and quickly tackle them
  • Lead regional roll-out projects and support POC initiatives
  • Drive sustainable operational excellence through implementing virtuous growth cycles. Lead both retail and digital improvement projects
  • Manage quality improvement projects (DMAIC life-cycle) and document processes
  • Collaborate closely with our brands to secure their goals and drive effective customer retention
  • Liaise with Operations, IT and other back-office teams and make sure that the commitments agreed are delivered.
  • Coach and mentor team members. Identify training needs of team members; develop training material in conjunction with key stakeholders

 

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Proven display of integrity in both personal and business life
  • Fluent English and if possible also Arabic language skills
  • Strong team player; the ability to work independently while also successfully collaborating with peers
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills. Flexible and adaptable
  • Perfectionist in execution, high attention to detail and ownership; highly structured
  • Passion for creating world-class customer experiences, and using data to further the business
  • Enjoys high pace, demanding, performance driven environment
  • Demonstrates sheer determination and resilience to represent both front liners' and customers’ interests in the Vertical and in the Group
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital/hybrid project management with a special focus on in store operations
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience with Six Sigma, Lean, Value Engineering project work. Experience in process improvement projects and proven successes in securing optimizations is a critical selection factor
