Fashion - Brand Marketing Manager - Michael Kors

His namesake company, established in 1981, produces a range of products under his signature Michael Kors Collection and MICHAEL Michael Kors labels.  Behind this burgeoning empire stands a singular designer with an innate sense of glamour and an unfailing eye for timeless chic.


What we are looking for:


The Michael Kors Brand Marketing Manager will lead all marketing activities within the Middle East in coordination with the Brand Owners while ensuring Brand image is enhanced while driving building store footfall and profitability.


What you’ll do:



  • Set the annual marketing calendar with a detailed break down of activations for every week and seek GM and Brand Owners approval
  • Set annual ROIs plans for each marketing activation
  • Propose overall annual budget with a break down of budget per activation per country
  • Enhance brand image and ensure that all activations drive commercial KPIs including traffic to store

Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with the Brand Owners to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure that all decision making regarding marketing campaigns are in coordination with the Brand Owners
  • Work closely with Buying and Retail Operations


  • Ensure marketing content is localized and tailored to every country within the region
  • Ensure that product description on third party websites are up-to-date
  • Lead all annual events/ physical pop-ups for product launches and ensure adherence to budget and Brand Owners alignment
  • Plan ROI pre-campaign launch
  • Calculate ROI post-campaign in terms of commercial metrics (i.e. bottom-line figures, etc.)
  • Generate monthly reports on actual marketing spend vs budget, ROI by campaign, customer acquisition achievement v/s target and bounce-back cards reports


CRM and Loyalty:

  • Manage all migration projects related to CRM
  • Improve database quality of clients in coordination with the Digital Hub
  • Coordinate with MUSE loyalty team to improve offerings and gain access to Group-wide customer database
  • Analyze CRM data and correlate customer satisfaction to business

People Management:

  • Lead and oversee the operations of the Marketing Department, provide expertise, encourage teamwork, and facilitate related professional work processes in order to achieve high performance standards
  • Assign individual objectives for employee performance management purposes, manage performance of direct reports in the team, and provide formal and informal feedback in order to support professional development and maximize performance
  • Ensure identification and proper development and recognition of talents within the team

  • 5+ years in a similar role
  • University degree in Marketing
  • Arabic speaker would be ideal
