We are on the lookout for an amazing Digital Talent Acquisition Officer to join our team. With an ever-evolving approach to finding and retaining quality talent, and through the course of our ongoing Digital Transformation, there is an exciting story to tell about joining our company today.


What you will do:

·      Working closely with our managers to identify, attract and on-board key Digital and Technical talent


·      Working on the social media & maximizing all relevant sourcing channels

·      Advising our managers on recommended recruiting processes


·      Ensuring excellent candidate experience throughout all touch points

Meet with and advise hiring managers on best practices in recruitment and selection process

Adhere to the recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position

Review applicants’ CVs to evaluate if they meet the position requirements

Pro-actively source for open and potential future positions

Develop, proactively, a pool of qualified candidates for immediate replacements

Upkeep relevant records on the applicant tracking system

Ensure all applicants have a great candidate experience

Interview and follow up referrals from management and employees

Build networks and communities to source and pipeline candidates

Provide support on other HR projects that include talent acquisition as and when required

Participate in relevant projects and community activities as and when needed


What you need to succeed in this role:

1-3 years of experience in similar role

Significant experience in full cycle technical recruiting, ideally from a mix of internal and agency gigs

Innovative sourcing methodologies and experience with non-traditional channels to find new candidates

Proven experience in recruiting for a variety of digital/technical roles in E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, Social Media, CRM, etc. Development is a plus too!

A strong understanding of the competitive landscape today for digital recruiting

A consultative approach with our hiring manager community and creating win/win outcomes

Familiarity with relevant tools and programs (e.g., applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn, job boards, as well as innovative and unique resources)

The ability to work effectively in high pressure situations and come up with a creative ways of hitting your targets

An interest in how branding can help directly influence your recruiting pipelines
