Digital & CRM  Marketing Manager – Level Shoe


Are you a Digital Specialist with extensive knowledge and experience in CRM and ecommerce?


Chalhoub Groups is currently looking for someone to join the Level Shoe team to further grow and strengthen their Digital operations.


The Digital Marketing Manager will take the lead in defining and optimizing the brand’s digital marketing strategy and running the digital marketing campaigns to increase online brand awareness and engaging with its customers online. He/She is responsible for managing the human capital in his/her area, ensuring excellence of marketing performance.


  • Digital Marketing – Covering brand & e-commerce,
    • Strategy
    • Overseeing implementation of strategy
    • SEO – liaising between agency & web development company to ensure site is optimised; looking at user experience / search engine latest specifications and requirements / advise on content optimisation – keyword use etc.; prioritise any recommended enhancements; see these delivered
    • SEM – paid search, paid social, display advertising, dynamic remarketing
    • Analysis of traffic – source, performance by channel, budget realignment accordingly
    • Ensuring correct tagging of all activity to ensure accurate attribution / assisted or final, for all conversion
    • Setting and revising KPI’s based on current performance, continued maturation of the site, industry standards – focus on ROI, CPA, CTR to Conversion
    • Effective reporting on the above


  • CRM
    • Strategy – covering online & offline
    • Data capture, analysis, segmentation
    • Customer insights from quantitative data & qualitative client surveys
    • Customer tiers, leading to clientelling focus (customer contact strategy) and loyalty programme development
    • Email communication – strategy, implementation, content, targeting, analysis


  • Social Media
    • Strategy
    • Implementation
    • Content planning
    • Analysis
    • Community management


  • Content Strategy
    • covering website and social media channels, to build brand equity, engagement and drive performance


  • Merchandising
    • Some knowledge of optimal merchandising strategy to increase performance, conversion matrix etc. from a user experience point of view (filtering / category arrangement / check out process etc.)







  • Degree in IT/Digital or related field


Previous Experience


  • At least 7 years of all-encompassing digital and ecommerce exposure (website, mobile, social media, analytics etc)
  • A deep understanding and insights into the Middle East digital consumer base
  • Must have previous Retail experience


Linguistic Skills        


  • English: Excellent written and spoken required
  • French: preferable but not necessary
  • Arabic: highly preferable but not required
