Regional Brand Marketing Manager - Swarovski

What we are looking for: Regional Brand Marketing Manager Swarovski 

We are currently recruiting for a strategic Regional Marketing Manager for our luxury accessories brand Swarovski. We are looking for someone with regional middle east experience and an excellent understanding of the fashion/beauty industry from a 360 marketing point of view. In this role, you will be handling the overall marketing strategy, budgets and objectives and be expected to execute in a fast paced environment. We are looking for someone with a 360 overview of marketing, including: retail marketing, digital marketing, CRM and social media experience.

 

What you will do:

  • Define and implement the regional marketing strategy by market/store: ensuring all communication objectives are clearly and effectively linked back into the brand objectives (Digital, Direct Marketing, Media, and PR).
  • Cover UAE, Kuwait, Qatar and KSA regions including direct liaison with the brand locally
  • Work with local marketeers in other regions making sure strategy is implemented to brand guidelines
  • Oversee all offline events in-store and activations out of the store
  • Oversee digital marketing strategy including SEO/SEM  
  • Oversee CRM project
  • Challenge creative agency to the highest standards of communication.
  • Animate the brand, media, and digital agency and identify key opportunities for brand awareness.
  • Coordinate the relationships between the Brand’s headquarters and Retail marketing.
  • Use marketing KPIS to set realistic but stretching targets for the team, brand and activities and suggest optimisation on actions and tools.

 

What you need to succeed in this role…

  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience
  • University Degree in Business or Marketing
  • Excellent knowledge of the industry and ME Region
  • Excellent English and Arabic are required
  • Marketing experience with global brands in FMCG, Fashion, Beauty, ideally for multiple networks and multiple markets
  • An entrepreneur mindset, someone who can be fully accountable for deliverables
  • Enjoy a fast-paced environment/flexibility is key
  • Ability to coach and deal with regional teams  
  • Ability to cope in highly stressful situations
