Brand Executive - Coty

  • Commercial Activities
  • Manage new product launches, Retail Promotions, Below-The-Line Activities, events and materials
  • Analyse Profitability of the brand per store/country and monitor ranking and market share
  • Analyse store productivity measures by monitoring ranking and market share
  • Observe and understand the competitors and market trends for future improvement
  • Generate the sales reports; follow up on sell-in versus sell-out.
  • Marketing
  • Ensure Store and window presentations are aligned with the Merchandising Team and the mall management
  • Assist in preparing the annual marketing Budgets and Plans
  • Negotiate with retailers with regards to brand visibility and location
  • Prepare monthly brands update report to for the suppliers
  • Manage in-store podiums bookings.
  • Inventory and Purchase
  • Prepare the yearly budget to ensure availability of the stock for all lines from the supplier
  • Monitor stock levels and re-ordering and keep Stock Control Department informed of damaged stock, broken ranges and customer demand
  • Purchase and manage the purchasing budget
  • Forecast and plan optimal stock level for new launches, regular stock and new openings.
  • Other Tasks
  • Liaise with retail marketing department for advertisements and events, and ensure availability of a clear schedule for the whole year Organise the brand training
    • Maintain good professional relationship with the suppliers
  • Coordinate with Suppliers for all corporate above the line and below the line promotional / advertising activities
  • Maintain catalogues, products classification and item codes
  • Liaise with brand owners (administrative communication; commercial communication; repairs, etc.).
