What we are looking for:

We are therefore looking for a highly motivated and self-driven, Arabic Sales Executive. Someone who is excellent at building relationships and who is passionate about the brand whilst also keeping up with the luxury lifestyle industry trends and movements. You will be responsible for delivering an outstanding guest experience to all customers while being required to use appropriate sales techniques and product knowledge to reach the sales targets. In addition, the Sales Executive is responsible for stock replenishment, promotion of products and new launches, and cash handling.


What you’ll do:


Sales Achievement:

  • Achieve the sales target by using advanced sales techniques and product knowledge
  • Focus on selling and up selling.

Guest Experience:

  • Build and maintain guest experience standards in order to build strong loyalty
  • Address customers' queries about products, prices, availability, product uses, and services
  • Communicate with customers to assess their needs, aid in satisfying those needs and meeting or surpassing customers’ expectations
  • Advise customers on product ranges best suited to their needs
  • Demonstrate usage and benefits of the brand and its products.


  • Maintain high standards of Visual Merchandising housekeeping in term of cleanness, display and stock rotation
  • Implement all merchandising as per the brand’s visual merchandising guidelines.


What you need to succeed in this role:

The successful candidate will be passionate about the L’Occitane brand with previous experience in skincare.


More specifically, we would love to hear from you if you can say yes to the below...

  • 2 years’ experience as a Sales Executive or similar
  • Must speak ARABIC
  • Experience within a luxury brand
  • Experience working in a standalone store
  • Previous experience in a beauty role
