Job Title: Beauty Consultant

Job Summary: The job holder of this position is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service to all customers and to use appropriate sales techniques and product knowledge to reach sales targets. The Beauty Consultant is accountable for counter cleanliness, stock replenishment, handling new launches, promotion of products and merchandising. The job holder of this position is also required to maintain high levels of standards in terms of grooming.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Organizational: ü Follow all relevant Retail policies, processes and standard operating procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner

2. Operational: ü Implement activities under minimal supervision ü Escalate complex problems to the relevant person to ensure case/issue is closed efficiently and in timely a manner

Guest Experience Focus: ü Build and maintain guest experience standards in order to build strong loyalty ü Address customers' queries about products, prices, availability, product uses, and services ü Communicate with customers to assess their needs, provide assistance in satisfying those needs and meeting or surpassing customers’ expectations Beauty Consultant Guest Experience Stock Replenishment Beauty Advisory Sales Administration Product Knowledge Customer Service ü Advise customers on product ranges best suited to their needs ü Demonstrate usage and benefits of various brands and products


Sales Focus: ü Generate sales, while achieving line and sales targets, using make up knowledge ü Sell-out target tracking at store level ü Generate daily sales reports ü Participate in achieving incentives ü Track post-launch sales at store level ü Ensure merchandising levels in the store are met as per the brand guidelines


Stock Replenishment: ü Ensure in store stock replenishment in the appropriate shelves/counters, at appropriate times ü Report stock shortages using the stock order form ü Ensure stock receipt as per set procedures ü Participate in relevant projects and community activities as and when needed
